With the fast verification your account can be upgraded to level 5 in just one day. No first orders and no waiting periods! The fast verification gives us a direct confirmation that you are really you. With this process you can buy and sell with higher limits on the same day of registration. In order to do this, we need to verify certain documents for safety and security reasons. Because we respect your privacy, upgrading your account (uploading these documents) is entirely optional. Complete the steps listed below for the fast verification.

Step 1: Create an account on Anycoin Direct
On our website you can create an account by clicking ‘Register’ in the top right corner. In the next screen we ask for the following basic information; name, address and email. Please make sure that this information is correct. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you entered. In this email you will find a link and an activation code. Open the link or enter the code in the ‘Token’ field. This will activate your Anycoin Direct account.
Step 2: Verify your mobile phone number
After creating an Anycoin Direct account, we ask you to verify your mobile phone. You can verify your mobile phone here. When verifying your mobile phone the country code and the additional ‘0’ are not needed.
Example: If your phone number is 020 1234 5678, you fill in your number as presented in the picture below:
After submitting your mobile phone number, you will receive a four-digit code from the sender ‘Anycoin’ in the form of a text message:
Enter this code in the box as presented below, this box will automatically appear after sending the four-digit code to your (mobile)phone. After clicking ‘Next’ your phone number is successfully verified:
Step 3: Verify your ID document
Upload a high quality copy of your ID card (front and back) or passport to your Anycoin Direct account. The uploaded document needs to be a high quality scan or picture, in colour. The document also needs to be valid, so the expiration date can not be exceeded. You are allowed to ‘blank-out’ some information as long as the name, address, date of birth, picture and expiration date are clearly visible! You can upload your identification document here.
The following documents are accepted:
- Government issued passport
- Government issued identification card
- Government issued residence permit
The document needs to have the following requirements:
- High-quality (max. 4mb)
- In colour (no black and white)
- The name, address, date of birth, picture and expiration date must be visible
- A valid document (not expired)
Step 4: Verify your proof of residency
Upload your proof of residency to your Anycoin Direct account. An example of a valid proof of residence is a monthly telephone- or utility bill. This document should clearly state your name, address and a recent date (no older than 3 months).
Suggestions for a proof of residence:
- Utility bill
- Monthly phone subscription
- Current bank statement
- A receipt or bill of a (web)shop order
The following requirements must be met:
- Your name and current address
- Date of issue
- No older than 3 months
- Digital/Printed (not handwritten)
Step 5: Skype video verification
The final step of the fast verification is the Skype video verification. All the required documents (identification document and proof of residence) plus your mobile phone needs to be verified before you proceed with the video call. When everything is correct and in order, you can complete the following steps:
- Getting Skype:
Skype is an easy to use application which is primarily used for video calls. You can download Skype here. If you do not have a webcam on your computer or laptop, you can also download Skype as an app on your mobile phone or tablet. You need to create a Skype account, if you want to use the application. Please be aware that ‘Skype for business’ is not compatible (for video calls) with the regular Skype application, so we can not contact you if you are using a business account.
- Add us on Skype:
When you open up your Skype account, below your account name in the top left corner, you will find the search bar. You can enter 'live:25c52d9894125f80' click on our name and add us to your contacts. Another option is to contact us on the live chat (on our website) and tell us your Skype username and email you used for your Skype account. We will then add and contact you on Skype.
- The Skype video verification:
- Provide us with the email you used to create your Anycoin Direct account.
- We will check if the uploaded documents have been approved.
- After approval and confirmation, the video call can begin. Please make sure that your camera is switched on. Do not call us, we will call you!
- In the video call you need to present the same identification document that you have uploaded on your Anycoin Direct account.
- After a quick approval, your account will be upgraded to level 5.
Our Skype channel is for video verifications only! We would never give you a coin address or ask for your coin address. Placing sell orders through Skype is something we would never do. If someone on Skype asks for this information, report them and contact us as soon as possible.
By completing these steps, your account will be instantly upgraded to level 5! Your limits are now increased. The compliance department will notify you in the Skype conversation when the upgrade is completed.
