I have transferred the coins to the wrong address, what should I do?

We always transfer the coins to the address that you provide us. Once the transaction is in the blockchain, the process is irreversible even when the transaction is unconfirmed. When you provide us with the wrong address, there is no possible way for us to retrieve the coins.
