I have a question about my order, what should I do?

If you encounter any issues or difficulties, you can always contact us. You can reach Anycoin Direct from 09:00 till 22:00 (GMT+1), Monday to Saturday. On Sunday you can reach us between 10:00 and 18:30. The best way to contact us, is by opening a live chat or by sending us a New Support Ticket.

When contacting us, please include the following information:

  • A complete description of the issue
  • Order ID + Buy or Sell
  • The coin name and amount
  • The Transaction ID (TXID or TXhash)

The more detailed the information, the faster we can help you with your issue! Creating multiple tickets for one order is not advisable, since it will only slow down the process. If you have any additional questions, you can always contact us.

Contacting us on social media regarding an order issue, is not something we recommend. Through social media we are not able to directly locate your Anycoin Direct account and ticket. For the sake of privacy and efficiency, we advise you to open a live chat or a new support ticket.
