What is an order ID and where can I find it?

The moment you initiate an order you will automatically receive a unique order ID. An order ID example is: 432fa-faf43q6-ashg5-2fga45. You can find this order ID on the order summary page, or in the order section of your account.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

If you have successfully created and paid for an order, it is not possible to cancel it. If you are transferring your cryptocurrency to Anycoin Direct, the order can not be canceled once you have sent the coins to our address.

I have sent the coins to the wrong wallet address, what should I do?

Please contact our support team as soon as possible and have the following information at hand:

  • Email address
  • Order-ID
  • Transaction-ID

Which payment methods are supported by Anycoin Direct?

We currently support the following payment methods: Credit card, SEPA, Sofort, iDeal, Giropay and EPS. When placing an order on our website, all available payment methods will be shown. Please contact our support team if your preferred payment method is not available.

Please contact our support team as soon as possible. The more details you provide us with, the faster we can help you. Think of information such as your:

  • Email address
  • Transaction ID

My transaction does not show up in the blockchain, what should I do?

First of all, don't worry, it could be that the block explorer you are using hasn't fully synced yet. Try out one of our other recommended block explorers here. If the transaction can't be found in another block explorer, please contact our support team.

My order status is still on waiting, what should I do?

Please contact our support team if you are using a direct payment method. If you are waiting on a manual bank transfer, please remember that it can take two working days to receive international SEPA transactions. Contact our support team if these two working days have already passed.

How long does a refund take?

Usually, refunds happen within one working day. However, certain circumstances and unforeseen issues can cause a delay in the refund process. That is why we indicate that a refund can take place between one and five working days. If you did not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact our support team.
