If your order shows the following status: ‘expired’, one of the following scenarios is likely to be true:
- The order was not completed within the given time frame
- The coin amount sent, was lower than the initial sell order amount
Contact our live support and we will check the order immediately. The transaction should be visible in the blockchain, since every transaction is saved and registered there. Once we see (in the blockchain) that you have transferred the coins to the address we provided, we can either:
- Refund the coins. (In this case, please provide us with an address to which we can send them).
- Make the payout for the sent amount and current market price.
