I sent the wrong amount of coins, what should I do now?

If the coin amount that has been sent is lower than the sell order you created, the order will automatically expire. Don’t worry! The coins are not lost. Contact our (live) support, explain the situation and include the order ID. Once we confirm the coin amount that has been received, we can either refund the coins back to you or we can adjust the payout to the current price and the amount sent. If the coin amount that was transferred is higher than the sell order you created, the order will process like normal. Contact our (live) support and we will transfer the surplus amount back to your wallet. If you have any questions regarding your sell order, feel free to contact us any day of the week!
