How can I buy cryptocurrency?

We have written a step-by-step guide on how to buy cryptocurrency which you can find here.

Where can I find my wallet address?

Your wallet address can be found in your wallet. That might seem simplistic, but each wallet has a different interface. Generally, you will find your wallet address under the receive header/button in your wallet. From here, you can copy and paste your address. Please contact our support team, if you can't find your wallet address.

I didn't receive my coins, what should I do?

First of all, you should check if the transaction was confirmed by the network and transferred to the correct address. If the transaction was sent to the correct address and confirmed by the network, you should check if your wallet is fully synced and up to date. If you can't see the transaction in the block explorer, please contact our support team.

How do I complete a manual SEPA transaction?

You will automatically receive all information necessary for your SEPA transaction while placing your order. The next step is to go to your bank account (online) and start a SEPA transaction. Remember to include the unique payment reference provided by Anycoin Direct. Once you have completed the transaction, return to our website and confirm the order by clicking on the 'I have made the payment' button.

I have entered the wrong SEPA payment reference, what should I do?

Please contact our support team as soon as possible. The more details you provide us with, the faster we can help you. Think of information such as:

  • Order-ID
  • Email address
  • Transaction ID
  • IBAN

I did not add a payment ID/destination tag/memo text to my wallet address, what should I do now?

Can I send my coins to third parties such as an ICO, merchant or other online services?

No, it is not allowed to send your coins to an ICO, merchant or other online services via an Anycoin Direct order. If you do want to send your coins to these third parties (ICO or merchants), you can do so by sending the coins directly from your personal wallet.

My bank has blocked my payment, what should I do?

Unfortunately, we can't process bank transactions ourselves. You should contact your bank to clarify the situation and explain that your transaction has not yet been processed. If your bank is not willing to cooperate, please contact our support team.
